
Oh, how unassuming these little legumes are!
Soak them for 24 hours then cook with stock until tender or cover them in your favourite spice mix (we like smoked paprika) and bake.
Make sure you have chickpeas in your cupboard, they will repay you with a tasty snack or a full meal.
