
Bulgar is fiber-rich whole grain, made from cracked wheat. When parboiled it has a similar consistency to quinoa or couscous, it’s much more nutritious than refined wheat products as it contains the whole wheat kernel.
It’s also slightly lower in calories than brown rice so a good healthy choice for weight-loss, and the high fiber content is great for digestion. Use in place of rice or couscous in any recipe
